By accessing or using the AttendTrack platform operated by APT-Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") at attendtrackapttech.info, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

AttendTrack is a Smart Attendance Management System designed for APT-Tech Solutions faculty, administrators, and their associated educational institutions. The platform provides:

• QR-based and geo-fenced student attendance marking
• Session creation and management
• Real-time attendance dashboards and analytics
• Automated Excel/PDF attendance report generation
• Student feedback collection linked to attendance
• Batch and student data management
• Campus drive attendance tracking

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

Access to AttendTrack is restricted to authorised APT-Tech Solutions faculty and administrators. User accounts are created and managed by APT-Tech administrators. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in misconduct.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AttendTrack only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to falsify attendance records or enable proxy attendance
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not authorised to you
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate institutional attendance management
• Share your login credentials with unauthorised persons

5. Data Responsibility

Authorised users (faculty and admins) are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform, including student details, attendance records, and session information. APT-Tech Solutions is not liable for errors arising from incorrect data entry by users.

Student data must be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and institutional policies. Users must not misuse student data accessed through this platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and features of AttendTrack are the intellectual property of APT-Tech Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without explicit written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

AttendTrack uses Google OAuth 2.0 for user authentication. By signing in with Google, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APT-Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in attendance records.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
